Information And Guidance

Pro-skills Training has an Information Advice and Guidance (IAG) policy which tells you the types of things we can help you with and those we unfortunately can’t. All our staff are fully briefed on this, do please ask us you want to know more.

There are three main stages when this happens:

1. Initially during learner induction
2. When you review how things are progressing with your assessor (this happens every 12 weeks)
3. When the learner finishes

The aims we have with our IAG services are to promote the benefits of learning, help individuals and companies overcome barriers to learning and support then in making realistic and well informed choices.
